At AMLR&EA, we are building a global system that integrates cutting-edge AI with real-world legal expertise to combat money laundering and cyber fraud. Our team is growing — and we welcome passionate professionals who share our values of integrity, justice, and innovation.
The AMLR&EA Foundation is the independent nonprofit entity that supports the development, operation, and global impact of the AMLR&EA platform. Established with a mission to combat transnational money laundering, cyber fraud, and illicit financial activity through technological innovation and cross-border cooperation, the Foundation ensures that AMLR&EA remains a neutral, accountable, and public-interest-driven initiative.
Funding and Sustainability
As a nonprofit organization, the AMLR&EA Foundation relies primarily on contributions from philanthropic donors — including individuals, foundations, and institutions who share our commitment to financial transparency and digital justice. These donations help fund core operations, maintain our AI infrastructure, and support global partnerships with law enforcement and regulatory bodies. In addition to donations, the Foundation receives limited income from: Government Procurement: Certain law enforcement agencies procure AMLR&EA-generated AI analysis reports, typology briefings, or compliance training sessions to strengthen their investigative capacity. These engagements are governed by strict non-commercial and ethical use policies. Managed Capital Returns: The Foundation responsibly invests a portion of its reserves under conservative, regulated structures to ensure long-term sustainability and funding continuity. All funding sources are carefully vetted to maintain AMLR&EA's independence and avoid any conflicts of interest. The Foundation does not accept contributions from private asset recovery firms, political parties, or any entity seeking influence over investigative operations.
Mission Alignment and Oversight
The AMLR&EA Foundation operates under the principles of transparency, accountability, and neutrality. An independent Board of Trustees provides governance oversight, ensuring that all Foundation activities align with the public interest and do not interfere with the investigative impartiality of the AMLR&EA system. Through its support of AMLR&EA's infrastructure, outreach, research, and development, the Foundation plays a critical role in advancing a safer, more transparent digital financial ecosystem — one that protects victims, deters financial crime, and strengthens global enforcement cooperation.
